When was the last time you looked up at the stars?
This may sound corny, but seriously, do you even remember when you last looked up there?
When I look up, it completely grounds me. It reminds me that I’m just a little speck of energy in this inconceivably vast universe.
It also reminds me that I don’t know sh*t, and I’m lucky to be alive.
We get so caught up in what we have to do, that we forget to appreciate the gift of life
And it’s easy to fall into this trap time and time again. After all, we’re only human right? Whatever that actually means…
So here’s a little challenge. Make a commitment to go outside each night and look up at the stars. Even if it’s just for 10 seconds, do it, and do it daily. Remind yourself of how big this world is and how grateful you are to be a part of it.
