1. Thank-you so much for this recipe. It never occurred to me NOT to cook the rhubarb before and always my rhubarb has turned into a sticky, coagulated mess. The last time I made rhubarb crumble I decided never to make it again. So now thanks to yours, I have decided to give it another go. All the best – Bev
